Neighbor by Neighbor is a small, dynamic nonprofit serving vulnerable individuals and families across Southwest Michigan. Every day, we support neighbors facing housing instability, financial hardship, and complex life challenges by providing practical resources, compassionate case management, and pathways toward stability.

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to help ensure our financial systems remain strong, transparent, and aligned with our mission. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting grant reporting, and helping leadership make informed financial decisions that sustain our programs and community impact.
